Creating Purposeful, Impactful Content With Your Current Kit! 

 In this workshop, we’ll focus on shooting with a clear intention behind every shot. 

You’ll learn how to communicate your creative vision, guide your model, and make technical choices that enhance the mood, story, and impact of your shots. 

This course will be a hands-on experience, so you’ll walk away with practical skills and a strong understanding of how to approach every shoot with purpose.

*don't worry if you've never shot video before - we'll be going step by step through settings, shooting and editing and we're always happy to check your camera's options if it helps! 

By the end of this workshop you'll:

 • Understand how to shoot with purpose for a specific outcome. 

• Be able to direct models confidently to bring out desired emotions and actions. 

• Incorporate movement and sound to match the creative vision. 

• Learn how to make technical adjustments (lighting, exposure, frame-rate etc) to support storytelling, 

• Walk away with a portfolio-ready video and wow your clients.

 • Camera (DSLR, mirrorless, or smartphone). 

• A willingness to experiment with different creative approaches.

• (Optional) Lenses you’d like to work with, or any specific lighting equipment you have.
